Once the order has been placed and paid, BOYD takes 2 to 5 business days to process the order as a result of which BOYD shall notify the Customer that the order is confirmed. If the order is not confirmed by BOYD, the Company shall provide a refund within 3 business days. The time of refund shall be extended due to bank rules which are out of the control of BOYD and cannot be grounds for Company’s liability for delay of refund. During the confirmation period, Customer funds will not be transferred, but in Pending status until final confirmation is made.
